Spike Proteins and Biofilms
(Several of these supplements are good for any heart conditions, especially cayenne pepper.)
I caught a really bad flu while in Vegas. Took me quite a wile to beat it.
I took the advice of Dr. Ardis and started chewing nicotine gum. According to Ardis, nicotine displaces the spike protein bioweapon. Get the 2mg chicklets, as they are a bit more tolerable than stronger chicklets. Also tried the nicotine patch. Caution about the nicotine patch. It can cause vivid dreams and sleeplessness.
The Current flu going around is caused by external delivery sources, such as chemtrails, water supply, food supply, or transference of bacteria from other humans. From coast to coast.
Warning about mouthwash and fluoride toothpaste.
Do not put industrial chemicals in your mouth. This includes fluoride toothpaste and mouthwash. These destroy the nitric oxide feedback loop between the mouth and the stomach. Use baking soda or some herbal toothpaste.
My two-pronged approach to dealing with my condition. A.) Nasal congestion and bacterial infection. B. lung congestion hanging on after the flu. (phlegm-buster)
Biofilms

Biofilm busters: NAC, ALA (alpha-lipoic acid), grapefruit seed extract, coconut oil
The following supplements heal the gut flora damaged by chemicals, including antibiotics.
Cayenne pepper
Left for Dead book about Cayenne pepper
In addition to nicotine, I was taking lots of cayenne in capsules and on my food, including putting it in tea. Cayenne increases blood flow and breaks up phlegm. I was having lots of phlegm deep in my lungs (bronchitis).
Lobelia
Lobelia (Lobelia inflata), also called Indian tobacco, has a long history of use as an herbal remedy for respiratory conditions such as asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia, and cough. Historically, Native Americans smoked lobelia as a treatment for asthma.
Thyme also helps nasal and chest congestion.
Also took lycopene,

Hawthorn berry as a natural antibiotic and anti-inflammatory.

EDTA
I was taking EDTA (two tabs) in the morning with water on an empty stomach as a detoxifier.
In addition to beating the flu, my candida, with reactions to processed carbs, also improved greatly.
Milk thistle

Have also been taking milk thistle as a liver cleanse.
MCT oil is also good as a liver cleanse, as it is water-soluble and easily digested. Use cold, not hot.
Iodine
Iodine is also a very important supplement. For maximum benefit, take two or three drops in a glass of water, with ¼ tsp of salt, with selenium at breakfast time. Do not take iodine with Vit C or caffeine.
