Pastor James analyzes the racial background of Joseph’s wife, Asenath, who was an Adamite and a Shemite. The image of Joseph and Asenath, depicted here, shows two Adamites, not blacks. Note the straight noses and thin lips. Joseph is pictured as having a deep tan, while Asenath is lily white, as prosperous women in Egypt did not go out in the hot sun. Even in American history, white women would go out holding a parasol, which would protect them from the direct rays of the sun. Ladies of status in England and France have used parasols since the 1600’s.
