Seventy three years ago on February the 13th, 14th and 15th 1945, a holocaust, a burnt offering, took place in Dresden. A city noted for its architectural beauty and of no military significance (the war was all but over and was to end just 3 months later on May 8th 1945), Dresden was at that time filled with refugees. The spin that was applied and maintained to cover up this massacre of defenceless people reminds us that Fake News has been and currently remains the main output of the “Press” and other attendant media.

Tom’s follow up book Summer 1945 is due for publication in March this year and another show or shows will be arranged where we will look at that book in more detail.
