Hillary is sick in mind and body.  It is clear that Hillary Clinton’s physical health (Parkinson’s disease) is so bad that she could not function as President, but that is not a problem for the DNC.  Tim Kaine, as VP, would do just as bad a job.  Just Barak Insane Obama, the platform of the DNC is to terminate America.
