What happens to all the welfare money that is supposed turn minorities into prosperous communities? In the Democratic run ghettoes, the money feeds the drug culture and the cycle of dependency on the government never ends. This is a racket that many blacks are beginning to figure out, but 95% of blacks will continue vote Democratic to get their fix.
